1. Product Feature

This single roller bit adopts replaceable cone design. The roller cone can be detached and renewed separately while the palm holder remains reusable, eliminating repeated welding cutting and lowering overall usage cost. Sealed rolling bearing structure improves abrasion resistance and service life under complex strata.

2. Applicable Drilling Tools

Fit for reamer, core barrel, rotary drilling bucket and underreamer.

3. Application Scope

Mainly used in HDD trenchless reaming, foundation pile drilling, water well drilling and rock underreaming. Suitable for mudstone, sandstone, limestone, basalt and gravel formation.

4. Optional IADC Types

Available in IADC517, 537, 637,737 for soft to extra hard rock conditions.
